We develop an HSE “Management Plan” on an annual basis and carry out daily and quarterly activities in accordance with the Plan, review the implementation of the plan at the end of the year, and continuously take measures to further improve the operational approach and safety accountability system.
Main areas

1. To comply with relevant Mongolian laws, regulations and standards, and regularly develop, archive and use HSE policies, procedures, plans, reports and training materials in accordance with them.
2. The company and its employees identify, assess and monitor risks that may adversely impact the health, safety and environment of local residents under the Company’s Social Responsibility.
3. Take all necessary measures to eliminate industrial accidents, environmental violations and risks.
4. Organize and evaluate HSE training.
5. Implement and comply with MNS ISO45001-2018 standard.
6. Support the HSE department operations and constantly focus on human resources capabilities.
7. With a team of ten skilled engineers on 24/7, we are committed to monitoring and consulting other departments’ operational activities in the field of HSE and to create a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.
8. Safety is the top priority on all company personnel levels since the most important resources from the mining activity are miners themselves.
